UEFA Name Olympic Stadium Berlin To Host Next Season's Champions League

Europe football governing body, UEFA, has revealed that the final of 2013/2014 season's Champions League, will be played in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany.



According to a statement on their website, "The decision on the hosts of the major European club competition finals in two years' time was announced by the UEFA Executive Committee at its meeting in London on Thursday."

It will be the second time in four years, that the final of Europe's elite competition, will be staged in Germany.

In 2012, Chelsea defeated Bayern
Munich on their home turf to lift the trophy.

The 2013 final will be played at Wembley Stadium, London, between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

UEFA also confirmed that "the National Stadium Warsaw will hold the 2013/14 UEFA Europa League showpiece."
