Yesterday EFCC officials froze one of the bank accounts of Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose. Many Nigerians are now questioning the legality of the antigraft agency freezing the account of a sitting governor since he has immunity that is provided by the constitution. Others are supporting EFCC's move, accusing Fayose of antagonizing the government of the day.
