Two men have landed in trouble in Lagos after they lured a 20-year old lady, fondled her breasts and engaged her in sex romp.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Oshinladege Street in Ikorodu area of Lagos where they reside.
The suspects, 28-year old Emmanuel Ubi and Praise Akpobomen, allegedly lured the victim into an apartment, got her confused and fondled her breasts which made her become more confused. They were said to have removed her pant and engaged her in sex romp against her consent.
However, after the romp, the victim regained herself and claimed that she was raped because it was not with her consent.
The matter was reported to the police and the suspects were arrested. They were later transferred to the Gender Section of the State Police Command.
During interrogation, the suspects were found culpable and charged before the Ogba Magistrates court for sexual assault.
The prosecutor, Inspector Christopher John, asked the court to order for their file to be sent to DPP for advice.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, ordered the defendants to be remanded in prison custody without taken their plea and granting them bail.
The court ordered the prosecutor to send their file to DPP for advice.
