Kloe Kardashian Moves Into Her New $7.2m House

It is real estate and real tears for Khloe Kardashian in the season 10 teaser of Keeping
Up With The Kardashians.

The clip offers a look at her new $7.2 million Calabasas, California home as she carves out her new life as she turns 30 in the trailer that debuted Monday.

But her shaky relationship with rapper French Montana adds further heartache for the
outspoken beauty as major changes also brew for the entire Kardashian clan.

The former X Factor host purchased Justin Bieber's 9,214 square foot mansion for $7.2
million in March.

The home boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and underwent a massive overhaul
since she overtook the estate from the pop star.
Khloe enlisted interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who was featured on Bravo's
Million Dollar Decorators, to give the pad a new makeover.

And it appears that her sister Kim Kardashian West gets the first glimpse of the property.

'We're going up for the tour,' Khloe says to the tabloid fixture.
But a bad boy's bachelor pad it is not. The home purchased from the then-19-year-old
singer shows a refined, feminine and modern touch with a mostly white color scheme, and elegant contrasts of black and grey.

reviously Khloe unloaded her Tarzana,
California estate, which was featured on the
series when she lived in the property with ex
Lamar Odom, for a reported $5.49 million to
Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco.
She filed for divorce from Lamar in December
2013.
Of course, Khloe's love life is followed in the
first-look - and it appears to be one of her
most highly emotional events in the upcoming
season.
Khloe and rapper French Montana, who began
officially dating around February, ended their
relationship in September last year after seven
months of dating. They briefly reconciled in
November, but things quickly fizzled out.
