There is a new dimension to the ongoing political jostling in Adamawa state, as just three days to the bye-election in the state; the court has delivered judgement on the case filed by Governor Murtala Nyako's Deputy, Bala Ingilari where he challenged the swearing-in of the Speaker.

The court in its judgment has ordered that ousted Deputy Governor, Ingilari should be reinstated as (acting) governor.
