My 'Oga At The Top'

The news has actually been trending on Twitter and it seems to be the new slogan for the past week now.
On a TV programme on Channels Television last week, a Lagos State Commandant of the National Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Mr Obafaiye Shem was put on the spotlight.
He was asked a simple question: "what is the website of the NSCDC?" But the poor commandant kept beating about the bush in the most funny and embarrassing manner.
I can't just stop laughing at this, but seriously it shows the quality of our civil service.
