The minister of Petroleum resources, Diezani Alison Madueke has joined the ranks of Newspaper proprietors in Nigeria.

Information reaching me is that Diezani is the brain and financier of a new Newspaper.

The paper is expected the hit the news stand in few days.

Several top ranking journalists have been recruited from other stables with mouth watering salaries to kick the paper which many believe is being positioned to push the agenda for President Goodluck re election agenda in 2015.

By this feat, Alison Madueke will now join the ranks of politicians who have established their own newspapers. Others are Orji Uzo Kalu (The Sun), James Ibori (Independent), Bola Ahmed Tinubu (The nation), Gbenga Daniel (The Compass).
