BREAKING: Heavy Police Presence As Crisis Breaks Out At Rivers State Assembly

There is currently a heavy police presence blocking the complex of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

Some policemen are also stationed at the entrance of the roads leading to the Assembly complex.

Some pro-Amaechi lawmakers led by the Deputy speaker of the RSHA, Leyii Kwanee along with some Local government chairmen, commissioners and Chief of Staff, to the Governor, Tony Okocha are engaged in a shouting match with the police.

Teargas and gunshots are currently raining the air.



Second time this year in Rivers State.
