These definitely are new era in the history of Access Bank. Apart from the fact that the bank recently had a new Managing Director, after the retirement of Aig-Igbokwuede last year December, the bank now has a new face and outlook with its acquisition of Intercontinental Bank, consequently leading to the rebranding of its branches nationwide. The latest from this leading financial institution is that its workers now wear uniforms to work from Monday to Thursday.
When you walk into any branch of Access Bank in the country now, you will see all the contract staff in uniform. They are only allowed the luxury of wearing any dress of their choice on Fridays. While ladies among them wear grey skirt suit, with white camisole , the guys spot grey suit and green tie.
