Rivers State Commissioner Of Sports Shot By Unknown Gunmen

The Commissioner of Sports in Rivers State, Hon. Fred Igwe has been shot by unknown gunmen at the Eleme interchange.

Details are still sketchy, but the Police Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, DSP Angela Agabe has confirmed the incident.

The health status of the Commissioner is unknown at the moment.
