Wait! Wasn't This The Politician Caught With 4000 PVCs In March?

What won't we see in this country? Isn't this Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam, former Commissioner for Land in Enugu State who contested for the Nkanu East/West House of Reps seat and was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu and was paraded by the military? Seems he won the election afterall, and was issued with a certificate of return by INEC.
