Boston Marathon Bombings (UPDATE)

The uncle of the two men believed to be responsible for the horrible Boston Marathon bombings that took place on April 15, held a press conference outside his home and expressed deep grief for the victims and condemned his nephews unforgivable actions.

Ruslan Tsarni is the uncle of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 (DEAD), and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19 (ON THE RUN), the two Russian brothers who were believed to be the men who planned the horrific Boston bombings. The uncle spoke out to media outlets, and he appeared shocked and angered that his nephews did something so horrible.

Ruslan spoke with a throng of reporters outside his home in Montgomery Village, Maryland, and said that Tamerlan had called him last night and apologized.
"They are my nephews! My brother's sons!" Ruslan said. "It's a big family... the parents are still in Russia. They are from a hard-working family who ran away from Chechnya. A good family. This is terrible. I have no sympathy for them. I hate them- they murdered people!"
He also told CNN: "I'm sorry too, I'm sorry too, he did this."

He urged Dzhokhar to turn himself in to the police.
"Dzhokhar, if you are alive, turn yourself in and ask for forgiveness," Mr. Tsarni said.

Mr. Ruslan said he hadn't seen his nephews since December 2005, and that his nephews had struggled to settle themselves in the U.S and ended up "thereby just hating everyone."

Asked what he thought provoked the bombings, Mr. Tsarni said: "Being losers, hatred to those who were able to settle themselves. These are the only reasons I can imagine of. Anything else, anything else to do with religion, with Islam, it's a fraud, it's a fake."

Mr. Tsarni who described himself as Muslim, said him brother left the U.S and he had not talked to him since 2009. He said they had a personal falling out, but did not elaborate.

"I have been following from day one, but would never imagine that somehow the children of my brother would be associated with that. So it is atrocity," Mr. Ruslan concluded.
