21 Year-Old Man Kidnapped, Raped, And Demanded N10 million From A Female Senior Staff Of The PTI

A 21 year-old man, Tadafe Egwolo, has been arrested by the troops of Sector 1, Operation Pulo Shield, Effurun, Nigeria Army Barracks, Delta State, on Thursday 25th April, 2013.

The soldiers rescued a female senior staff of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, Delta State from the hands of suspected kidnappers and rapists.

Two young men, one of which is 21 year-old Tadafe Egwolo, were arrested by the soldiers.

Parading them in Effurun, Warri, the Commanding Officer 3 Battalion, Nigeria Army, Lieutenant Colonel Ifeanyi Otu, said the young men confessed to have kidnapped a senior staff of the PTI, Warri, took her to an undisclosed hostel, raped her, took photographs of the act and threatened to release them if not paid N10 million.
