Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect Awake And Responding In Writing

The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, 19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was seriously wounded and unable to speak, is awake and responding in writing to questions from authorities, according to Tweets by ABC and NBC News Networks.

Tsarnaev, who is in the intensive care unit of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre is responding sporadically, the ABC News Networks reported on its Twitter feed.
