Boston Marathon Bombings (UPDATE)

Two suspects have been identified and arrested using the CCTV to review events that preceded the bombings that took place at the Boston Marathon on Monday.
The FBI has postponed media briefing because it says 'it needs more time to prepare' before speaking to the media.
