Neeraj Arora, Business Development Head at WhatApp said that the company is not holding any talks with Google.
The deal was said to be worth $1billion and WhatsApp's turnover is said to be around $100million a year.
Though rumours have suggested that Google is working on a project known a Babble, which would provide cross-platform communications between its services.
*WhatApp is the hottest application now.. Easy to use, and very popular. I think its going to be a good idea if they sell cause it is very hot at the moment*
